Actually meant to post this a few days ago... WHOOPS!

These are two characters from the Dwarven campaign I've been playing in for a few months. That's Adrik, one of our tanky defender type dwarfs, and Borias, our resident cleric.. of the goddess of death. That's a dead bird he's holding by the way.

Poster update - Print Version

I actually got this done last week, but I haven't had a chance to get it up until now (due to a super busy weekend schedule.)

Steve said it's only a matter of time until I hear the phrase "I don't know what I want, but I'll know it when I see it." And gave me tips on how to emotionally distance myself from work. I think that's probably why he keeps personal projects completely seperate from work projects. I know a couple people who can mix business with pleasure (make a fun app and sell it, make a fun website and use it to generate capital, etc.), but I think they're two different worlds.

Update on Poster Work

After meeting with the client, this is the second draft of the product. Also, she's asked me to put together a banner to hang at the show. One of the bands is supposed to send me some artwork, so I may ditch the whole "hardcore lightning background" thing entirely if I start putting logos on there, although I'm not sure what kind of "artwork" they have in mind. Thoughts?

In other news, I met a local film student who asked for my contact info when I told him that I score films... apparently the Uni he goes to doesn't have a film scoring program, but they need people to do music for their film department, and it just happens to be my... thing. Honestly I'm more excited about that than any graphic design jobs. I just hope he calls.
